1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of competitions operated by Crown Competitions UK (“Organiser”, “we”, “us”) through the Giveawayz platform (“Platform”). By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform is operated by BOUNZ LTD (trading as Giveawayz). These Terms apply specifically to competitions run by Crown Competitions UK. For the Platform's own terms of service, please visit giveawayz.io/terms.
2. Eligibility
Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 or over. By entering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Individual competitions may have additional eligibility requirements (such as geographic restrictions). These will be clearly stated on the competition page.
Employees of Crown Competitions UK and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter a competition, you must purchase one or more tickets via the Platform. Each ticket represents one entry into the prize draw, subject to correctly answering any qualifying question.
A free postal entry route is available where required by law. Details will be provided on the competition page.
4. Ticket Purchases
- Ticket prices are displayed on each competition page and include VAT where applicable
- All payments are processed securely via Cashflows
- Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred to another person
5. Prize Draws
Winners are selected using the Platform's provably fair draw engine, which uses a cryptographically seeded random number generator with full audit trail.
Draw results are final and cannot be appealed. The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the competition is final.
6. Prizes
- Prizes are as described on the competition page
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered unless stated
- Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw
- Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification, or a replacement winner may be drawn
- Crown Competitions UK is responsible for delivering prizes to winners
7. Competition Cancellation
Crown Competitions UK reserves the right to cancel a competition at any time. If a competition is cancelled before the draw takes place, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
8. Data Protection
By entering a competition, you consent to Crown Competitions UK collecting and processing your name and email address for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying winners. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Competitions UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any competition.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
